Not the End is a role-playing game that narrates the adventures of heroes who are willing to risk everything for what they consider important and does so with HexSys, an original game system that uses different-colored tokens representing successes and obstacles, along with a hexagon hive in which you describe your Hero’s distinctive traits.
Choose your Hero’s traits and arrange them in a hive of interlinked hexagons.
Every Hero is unique in Not the End. Every consequence can dramatically change the story and the game world. Ask yourself: “__how much am I ready to risk?__”
Whether you want to play a steely-eyed gunslinger, an awakened AI robot or a dragon cursed by the gods, all these options are possible in Not the End.
Take risks for what you consider to be important
Your Hero will be motivated by their successes and learn from their failures. The Hero becomes stronger not only through successes. HexSys allows you to benefit and increase climax even from Misfortune. Bringing into play “negative” traits, adrenaline and confusion will always be stimulating, enriching the story.
Let the story change your hero
Your Hero will have to face extremely demanding tests that will leave permanent marks on them. Each scar on the skin and in the psyche of the Hero could be a new Lesson to be learned. How much can you lose in order to achieve your goal?
Live every end like a new beginning
No matter how traumatic their experiences, your Hero will always find the strength to get back on their feet and fight for what they believe in. A hero can leave the scene but it doesn’t mean he can’t return. The point of the game: this is not the end.
